Decade Energy today welcomes Adrien Moullé-Berteaux as VP of Finance & People, Albane Guesdon as VP of Product, and Kristofer Fröjd as VP of International Markets.

Combined, they strengthen three areas that will be critical to Decade Energy’s core areas of business: building the financial and organisational foundations to scale, developing an integrated product for increasingly complex customer needs, and expanding into new European markets.

Adrien Moullé-Berteaux - VP of Finance & People

With more than a decade of experience in international companies, Adrien has built his career helping complex organisations plan, manage, and grow. He has held senior finance and business planning roles at Givenchy, Louis Vuitton, and Berluti, including as Head of Business Planning & Controlling for Louis Vuitton in the UK. There, he oversaw three legal entities representing €800 million in revenue and more than 800 employees. As VP of Finance & People, Adrien will build the financial, organisational and people foundations needed to support Decade Energy’s continued growth. 

Albane Guesdon - VP of Product

Albane has spent her career turning energy challenges into new products, business models, and commercial offers. Across Octopus Energy Generation, Akuo, and Omexom she has worked on distributed energy, smart grids, renewables and integrated C&I energy solutions, from early strategy through financing and delivery. Most recently, she led international commercial deployment of C&I solutions at Octopus Energy Generation. As VP of Product, Albane will lead the evolution of Decade Energy’s integrated offering across grid securing, storage, charging, and software. 

Kristofer Fröjd - VP of International Markets

Kristofer’s appointment marks the next step in a relationship that began when he joined Decade Energy as Senior Advisor in February 2026. He brings more than 20 years of experience across energy, utilities, and transport electrification – including nearly a decade at Ellevio in senior roles spanning strategy, partnerships, business development, and digital innovation. His experience gives him a strong understanding of how grid operators and energy markets are responding to electrification and growing demand for power. As VP of International Markets, Kristofer will lead Decade Energy’s expansion into new European markets and develop the partnerships needed to support that growth.

The appointments come as depot electrification enters a new phase in Europe. Vehicles are increasingly available, but securing sufficient power at the right location, at the right time, and at the right cost remains one of the biggest barriers to deployment. By combining battery storage, charging infrastructure, and energy management software, Decade Energy helps fleet operators overcome that bottleneck and electrify faster across Europe.
